Return and Refund Policy (Apparel Only)
Returns
We offer returns and exchanges for apparel within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Products specifically labeled as non-refundable at the time of purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
We cannot accept returns if:
- The item is not in its original condition, has visible wear, or is missing tags.
- The return request is made after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding your refund approval or denial.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
- Sale and clearance items, as well as specifically labeled non-refundable products, are not eligible for refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace apparel that is defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item for the same style in a different size, email us at contact@buddytheball.net and send the item to:
Buddy the Ball, 1651 S Buffalo Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
Important: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
